Complete forms and email them to wsgcsr01@scottsboro.org or bring them to the drive-thru or lobby when paying the deposit(s). Forms must be downloaded in order to be digitally signed if returning via email. Deposit and service tap payments can be made at the drive thru. Due to higher volumes of traffic expect backups at drive thru. To avoid this please consider using the night drop after business hours, online bill pay, or sign up for bank draft.

Scottsboro Utilities would like to recommend that customers use the following bill payment options for their convenience and for everyone’s safety during this time.



Night Drop: We highly encourage customers to use night drop for bill payments. Night drop is accessible 24 hours a day. Simply drive up, get an envelope and put payment in along with your name, address, phone number and account number.



Online Bill Pay: Utility bill payments can also be made online at www.scottsborowsg.com and www.sepb.net. Click the ‘Pay Bill’ link to set up an account or to make a one-time payment.

Drive-Thru: Utility bill payments can be made at our drive-thru window. (Copy of bill is not necessary during this time of caution).
